What they’re doing is trolling. Google translate reveals this to be some bizarre mix of declaring Johnkat is canon and that Kosovo is Serbia. Actual Serbian nationalists wouldn’t mix up some webcomic in their declarations, most likely, so yeah. It’s a bunch of trolls trying to annoy people.
